Can an exchange cake of bread for another?
I have a carrot cake recipe that calls for cooked in 2-inch round Cake Pans-10. However, I have to do a piece of cake. My questions are: 1) it is even possible to exchange the 2 pans round 10-inch rectangular pan spread 1, 2) if so, How big a rectangular tray to use, and 3) the amount of an effect on my cooking time will occur?
You can use a 9 x 13 inches rectangular container for cake, and will need to cook, and – about 10 minutes, but check with a toothpick from the center to be sure. You could even use a Loaf Pan, but cooking time is even longer, or molds (12) – shorten the cooking time.
