How can I cook with utensils AMC?

Goulash soup 750 g – 1 kg stewing lamb or pork, cut from bones, cubed and excess fat removed (or used the meat cubes) 2 large onions, halved and thinly sliced 2 cloves garlic crushed 1 red pepper, seeded and minced 2 stalks celery with leaves, finely 40 slices of paprika 10 ml 2.5 ml ground cumin seeds Caraway ml 4 potatoes peeled and diced 1 bay leaf 1 can (400 g) tomatoes, peeled, chopped finely 1.5 or chicken broth Vegetable 150 g liter French beans, trimmed and cut into thirds lemon juice salt and pepper black pepper to taste 50 ml cornflour 125 ml cream sour buttermilk or 50 ml chopped fresh Italian or regular parsley Heat a AMC 24 cm high on a medium heat until Visiotherm ® were the first red zone. Stir in sour cream or buttermilk, heat through and garnish with parsley. with bread of your choice. Serve serves 8 to 10 points prepare soup in the AMC 8 ® Speedcook. Preheat unit with the normal 24 cm lid and cook the meat as above. Soup Cook-level red light for 30 – minutes 40. Add beans and cook with lid normal as per above.
