How do you test for ceramic plates for high lead content?
I've been using these pans of China for about 7 years. Now I think they may have high lead levels, based on what has been in the news. Is there some sort of test strip or another type of test home that indicate whether a dish has high levels of lead that would make it dangerous to cook and serve food in?
I have a cup of tea, which is full of lead. which means that their light weight. you can test it by placing it in the microwave. if it sparks, it is full of lead.
