Lasagna recipes for 2 people?
Thus the mother's birthday my approach and I want to make lasagna, but I honestly do not know how to begin. I do not even have the baking dish or anything you need, so if someone can tell me the name of the thing you cook the noodles in and most importantly, the size of it is even better! I need a lasagna recipe, preferably with about 4 or more servings. (: Nothing too difficult or complicated, because I'm not really much of a leader, although I can handle the basics of cooking, but always delicious. Therefore, it would be better if it's a recipe you have personally tried and loved, instead of a recipe selected from a website or something. (: Thanks!
Ingredients: ground beef 1 / 2 lb lean 1 tsp tea. garlic salt (or 1 clove garlic chopped) 1 / 2 onion, chopped (or 1 small onion) 1 / 4 c. tea. 1 tsp teaspoon pepper. oregano 1 / 2 c. tea. basil 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 1 (8 ounces) stewed tomatoes 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce 1 / 2 (10 oz) package. lasagna scale 3 / 4 cup cottage cheese 3 / 4 cup mozzarella grated cheese Cooking: Cook beef. Stir in garlic, salt, onion, pepper, oregano, basil, parsley, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Drain. Place 1 / 3 noodles in a Loaf Pan. Layer with beef sauce, cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese. Repeat make 2 more layers. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.
