Does baking chicken, while partially submerged in Italian dressing that is less healthy?
I like to cook the chicken in a little glass dish deep with a lid, with the chicken breasts well covered with fat Italian dressing …. FREE Because this method makes it healthy? I try to shake the chicken very well before putting it in the dish, but I am concerned with the amount of oil absorbed by chicken …. any better (yet, but really easy) Bake the chicken? Please be specific … I am a novice cook. Thanks!
Yes, the dressing can be free of fat, but still not healthy. Even olive oil is better.
