baking pan for donuts

I need the recipe of the cake baked donuts with a set of pans donut. Can anyone help?

1 1 / 3 cups hot milk, 95 to 105 degrees (divided) 1 package active dry yeast (2 1 / 4 tsp) 2 tablespoons butter 2 / 3 cup sugar 2 eggs 5 cups all purpose flour (alternately, white whole wheat would work – have not tried it yet) A pinch or two of nutmeg, freshly grated 1 teaspoon grains of fine sea salt 1 / 2 cup unsalted butter, melted 1 1 / 2 tablespoon cinnamon 1 cup sugar Place 1 / 3 cup hot milk into the bowl of an electric mixer. Stir the yeast and let stand five minutes. Make sure the milk is not too hot or kills. Stir the butter and sugar in the remaining cup of warm milk and add to yeast mixture. With a fork, mix eggs, flour, nutmeg and salt – until the flour is incorporated. With the dough hook attachment on your mixer beat the dough for a few minutes at medium speed. This is where you will need to make adjustments – if your dough is too sticky, add a few tablespoons of flour at a time. Too dry? Add more milk a little at a time. You want the dough comes away from sides of bowl and become soft and smooth. Turn It Out on a floured counter top, knead a few times (the dough should be barely sticky), and form a ball. Transfer the dough into one (or oiled) buttered bowl, cover, place in a warm place (I put the oven at this point and set the bowl on top), and let rise for one hour or until dough has doubled in size approximately. Deflate dough 1/2-inch thick and spread it on your floured countertop. Most people (like me) have no knife donuts, instead I use a cutter 2-3 inch cookie to eradicate circles. Transfer circles to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and eliminate the small inner circles Using a small knife. If you cut the inner holes all the time, they deform when you try to move them. Cover with a clean cloth and let rise 45 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees until the funds are just golden, 8 to 10 minutes – start checking around 8. Well than the cakes are cooking, put the butter in a medium bowl. Put the sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Remove cakes from oven and let cool for one minute or both. Dip each one in melted butter and a quick start in the sugar bowl. Eat immediately if not sooner -. Makes 1 1 / 2 dozen medium 2 donuts
