Baking Pan types
How do you cook two kinds of cake in the same pan?
I want to use a circular Cake Pan, with being external layer of chocolate, vanilla and interior. Is it possible to do this? Thank you in advance … : D
I do when I make a cake checkerboard. I make a ring of aluminum foil that is half the size of the pan. Put it in the middle, make a sort of mixture into the ring and the other type around the outside. I do the opposite for the other layer. After the cake batter is in the pan, remove the ring. When the battery and cut, they look like a checkerboard. You will have some "leakage" around the ring, but it does not appear once the cake is cooked. Hope this helps.
