CHEESE PLEASE HELP !!!!?

Ok so I'm making a cheesecake today and I just found out that my springform pan is a piece of $ hit. I have it a set i should have known what my problem is I have to cook my cheesecake in a water bath and even when I cover the pan with aluminum foil, even loses, which I guess doing it that way is out of question what I can do? A woman in a review i read said that she just put a pot of water the shelf below the cheesecake that work?

Yes, if you place a bowl of water just below the deck which is making the cheesecake in. The idea is that there are plenty of warm moist air in the oven. Moreover, it is necessary to use a spring form pan to make a cheesecake. You can use a 9 on a mold round, and just make sure you or lining the pan with plastic wrap or cornstarch lightly pan. If you use the 9 in the tray, then should be able to put in a pan of water as well. I hope this helps and good luck!
