Can you do without the rum cake tube pan?
I do not want to spend lots of money for a tube pan, if I want to use a Muffin Pan, does anyone have a recipe for rum cake in a muffin / Cupcake Pan.
Muffins works perfectly with the same dough. Just use less heat and less time with approximately 5-10 minutes. Check frequently. The Muffin Pans have a surface much more, which means they will heat and cook faster. But it also means they burn faster, so keep an eye.
