Question kitchen?? .. Technique Cookware??
My father has ordered a technique hard anodized aluminum nonstick pan,? Do not know how to call it? … He ordered it from QVC. It's very similar to http://www.amazon.com/Calphalon-Commercial-Hard-Anodized-12-Inch-Everyday/dp/B00006FX83/ref=pd_sim_k_title_29 .. It is a 14inch and a very nice blog! But is there anywhere I can find recipes for this thing?? My father loves him, but they didn't give him anything exactly how to use it, or how to do something int he?? We made chicken breasts in it, they came out GREAT! but there are many more things than we would like to use it, but do not know how? So does anyone know where I could perhaps find a place has some sort of guidelines on how to cook with it?? Thank you! =)
