What foods are best cooked in good steel cutlery grade stainless steel? I plan to …?

I plan to buy Calphalon Contemporary Cookware, but I'm having a hard time deciding between stainless steel or nonstick. The exterior steel Stainless is absolutely beautiful, but I am concerned about my food stick to the kitchen. Instead of buying a set of one or the other, I think I should buy each piece separately. So I want to know what foods are best cooked in stainless steel and why?

I cook almost all in good Stainless Steel Pans. I love mine. Stainless heats quickly and retains heat. You will find the kitchen yourself slightly lower temperatures. I want that I can bang pots in the kitchen. I do not want to work hard to take care of them. I do not want caps glass that I can not replace it if I drop one. There is nothing wrong with buying a starter set, but I prefer to buy pans that I need them. Most of my pots do not match. That's fine with me. They are my tools, I do not by themselves have to decorate the kitchen. I: 4 stainless steel pans. 1 stove steel. 3 cast iron stoves. 1 rolled heavy steel wok, Stainless Steel Pot 1. I use cast iron for most stoves, stainless steel for almost everything else. I prefer stainless skillet sear meats I'll braise in the oven. I'm also several pieces of crockery Pyrex glassware and Corning that I use in the oven.
