Should I buy or Stainless Steel Pans stick? I do not cook very well.?

Considering Rachael Ray Anodized aluminum Drive: http://www.amazon.com/Rachael-Ray-10-Piece-Hard-Anodized-Cookware/dp/B000HTW7NW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1266299964&sr=8 -1 or Calphalon Unison together. Or maybe I should be stainless steel?

Get stainless steel. It will be up to the abuse, you not to be concerned about this type of utensils you use and is really not difficult to clean. I think it's easier because it will a wash and you do not have to be so careful not flourishing scratches. Do not use pads of steel wool, Brillo pads or SOS. All they form is zero and it is more likely that the flat stick. Get a box of Barkeeper's Friend. It is a cleaner powder-like powder scrub but not as severe. It is cheap, lasts a long time and done great things on the metal! When you get burned on something, cool the stove, soak or rinse and what you can with hot water from the water. Dump the water and sprinkle generously on the bartender. Smear it around with a sponge (Get one with a nylon scrubber side). And walk for 10-15 minutes, come back and give it a good scrub, a quick wash and rinse and you're done. Once you get stainless steel hot, you'll need to lower the heat. Stainless will also give you a better trigger on things like hamburgers, steaks, chops. And if you're the type who have all metal handles, they can go right into the oven. I often cook chops by burning on the stove, then pop them in the oven to finish cooking. A good set of stainless steel will last for years and years. Non-adherent you have the chance to get a few years. Stainless is much more forgiving, not emit toxic fumes when heated to 400 degrees accident, and uses the heat much more efficiently. I have had sets of T-Fal, anodized aluminum, cast aluminum and with them. I went to all the stainless steel for better performance and easier cleaning. A quick scrub with Barkeeper years is all it takes to keep them shiny and looking great!
