Best non-stick pan?
What is the best non-stick pan where the coating is not scratched up? I bought a Kitchen Aid and after about 6 months of heavy (almost daily) the coating got all scratched. Is there a mark where it will not happen? Am I not cleaning correctly? Also, what is the difference between cooking Caphalon Essentials and Pro Series? The higher price on the Pro worth it? T Allclad make a stick not the stove?
I love my pans, they are DURABASE T-fel. They are lite weight and cleaning is great, just a quick shot of water and soap. Nothing and I repeat, nothing sticks. I paid $ 25 for 2 pans and did a year ago. Usually I throw away after 6 months or less and everything is sticking and the coating scractched Off. (And where it goes in our stomachs): (I guess if it's going to wear these, they were cheap. I had the stuff is expensive and not better, just more expensive. lol
