What container is safe to use and which one is right for you?
I know most of cookware on the market are made in China. Is it safe? How much nickel in stainless steel affects health if so? What is the best health cookware and maintenance wise? Thank you all.
Aluminium pans are not as good as it can seep to food and high levels of aluminum are bad for you. Cast iron is best if the seepage of iron in food is actually good for you and it is great for cooking.
