Brunch for women ….?
OK … it's my turn to receive a lunch for the girls … and I was looking for some creative ideas for the menu …. three courses – appetizers, main course and dessert that I have listed some of my own – scallops to the pan, sesame crusted tuna first for the main cake cheese for dessert (yes I know I'm a lazy bum), but … then these do not sound interesting enough, since I've already made these for family reunions and other things formal …. I need something creative … I am a good cook, so please do not stop in complicated recipes ….. Help!
I just did this last night. Italiano Lobster Pie. It was wonderful! Instead of the usual pie crust type pastry quiches .. the mixture is placed in a mold, but the rice that unites everyone. A very nice change impressive. You can substitute shrimp, crab, scallops or whatever for the lobster. I combined shrimp and lobster.
