Why would anyone want to cook with pots or pans that are non-stick?
I start cooking more than save money. I was gifted with Pots And Pans stainless steel and ended up throwing all the dishes. It seems that if I do not "float" my food in a sea of oil, food glues itself to the pan (medium heat, 50% of the wheel). It's a pain to clean the bottom and turns black. Instead, I bought a non-stick pan and I would not go back. Less oil, less hot, less destruction, cleaning easy, I see only advantages to using non-stick. People say to cook food stainless steel "better" but I disagree vehemently.
First, because non-stick coatings should not be subjected to more heat – in a pan, oven or grill (they emerge carcinogens in these series). … Also some non-stick coatings are much better than others, and also safer than others … some surfaces (and therefore non-stick pans) should be replaced quite often as bits of the film always starts off in commodities food at one time and they are not "safe" to ingest … the other materials used to make a mold are very important, but a non-stick can come on any of them (or those of other materials can lead to better heat does not burn food as easily on the merits, does not warp, etc.) Non …- adhesive coating will not allow the "bottom" mentioned above to be set up very well – the small pieces of proteins and sugars caramelized who carry a lot of flavor and should be de-iced with a liquid to be used (in sauces or a little more cooked food) … not much oil needs * to use a nonstick pan if cooking is done right (eg, brown meat, pan Preheat the oven hot enough and brought in just when the oil starts to flicker … then leave in place some time before going out and naturally …. etc.) … Cast iron pans can be given the equivalent of a coating naturally non-stick heating fats / etc. in them over time (and the cast holds and disperses heat very well) These are some reasons top of head. my (Personally I have only one non-stick pan – an 8 "pan with rounded edges often called an omelet pan – it is very useful for cooking omelets and scrambled eggs. and I occasionally poach (low temperature) in this tank too. For almost everything, pans who are not working either stick to one or more of the above.)
