Calphalon or Circulon?
I need to buy a new cookware and I'm trying to decide between Circulon and Calphalon. A PC 10. Calphalon is set expensive than the Circulon. I do not mind paying the difference if it's really worth it. What is a mark of better quality between the two? Thanks!
I tried Calphalon in a pan two package of around fifty dollars. I loved it a breeze to clean, not distorted, its heavy enough to keep my gas burner overheating food and give everything a really good gold. I then have the rest of my Calphalon for Overstock.com, I spent about half from a set. They have four different types, I just had the Calphalon. I am a great cook, and have been for forty years, I love these things. I just wish I had bought earlier. I know some are concerned about heat conducting handles, but have not had a problem and make a kind of case for them is available at Bed Bath and Beyond. Its got my vote
