Always steam escaping from under a cap?
I just bought a new set of what they consider "face" cookware. It claims to have tapas tight. However, I noticed that when I bring soup to a boil turbulent, then reduce heat and cover, steam still escapes under cap. Are there pots that this is not going to happen? If so I have to spend top dollar? The set I bought was $ 300 Calphalon.
