I heard that the Emeril brand is supposed to be one of the best. Someone he actually used before giving an opinion anyway?
I do not know precisely Emerilware, but I know it is done in collaboration with All-Clad, which is what I have. Like All-Clad (hated to try to use Calphalon) and Emile Henry, the best choice that I recommend.
