I have heard that Teflon is bad for you .. I've seen in the shop "that will not stick hard anodized. "Is this the same as Teflon? xylan I also learned? stainless steel but I do not like, sticks and hard to clean.
Hard Anodized is not the same as Teflon, and it would not be much better than stainless steel in terms of things sticking to it. Teflon will not hurt you. The non-scientific people are always afraid to throw well. To be safest, however, and for the last surface, never use hard steel implements when stirring in Teflon pans. Stick nylon, silicone, or wood.
