Do omelette / pancake paste or enamel pans Corningware?
After reading about the dangers of Teflon and other coatings non-adhesive, we switched to Stainless Steel Cookware (with rings of copper and aluminum funds), but the problem is that omelets and pancakes stick to stainless steel interior. So the question is: should we Corningware (glass) pans or (melting iron or steel) enameled pans? Ideally, some of you have tried both and can tell me what is best. Thank you. In fact, the Teflon is dangerous, even if it does not crack or peel. It outgas toxic chemicals when you heat. I read the Silverstone (another chemical anti-adhesive) is no better. Dow was sued for knowingly data covering he had on the dangers of Teflon Cookware for 20 years. Here Link: http://www.coopamerica.org/programs/responsibleshopper/company.cfm?id=218
Tried both and they both stick. Do you have a stove really well-seasoned cast iron? It will work.
