Emerilware stainless steel Cookware
What is the best stainless steel or hard Anodized Cookware?
I'm an amateur cook who likes to cook meals at home cooked Hardy Whenever I chance. I have been researching various types and brands of cookware and see they can get a bit pricey. I do not have a tub of money to spend, so price is a big concern for me. One day I happened to have been ran across Emerilware by All-Clad on HSN (I love Emeril and the use of his show live when it was on the Food Network). I see that both Emerilware hard anodized steel w and stainless steel / copper basic aluminum piece 10 are the same price (which happens to be in my price range), I thought unprecedented in the Kitchenware market. I was wondering who you think would be a better fit for such a cook amateur like me who likes to cook meals at home cooked hardy (btw, I use an electric oven), why and what are their different benefits (other than the anodizing be hard scratch resistant)?
Personally, I prefer anodized pans because they do not stick the same way stainless steel they are easy to clean. I used them for several years, and would use nothing else.I have used stainless steel in the past, but food sticks to them and they are difficult to clean.
