How do I cook a bowl of shit?

I live in an apartment and I have no control over the appliances in my kitchen. The stove is an abomination electric range with cruddy sloping, uneven, gunky burners (yes, I do clean them, but there is alway something on the left who made the smoke) that do not exactly flying heating. I love cooking and I'm so jealous watching the Food Network stars create Heads of food with their Expensive Cookware, gadgets crazy, and amazing devices. I suppose that the cookware is part of the problem, but I no money for things of quality cuisine. How do I adjust my cooking practices of shit on my stove with my pots of hand-me-down and pans to reproduce them perfectly clarified butter, just fried fillet minion average, impeccable wine-balsamic glaze reduction, and not virgin Dutch-curd?

The cooking appliances and cookware shit is a real test of patience to cook. Before completely remodeled my kitchen I found that I had to spend much more time watching the cook and the food. You really get to know your power off for you know what to look for – to go out, one hotter than the rest of the burner, etc. Your oven will need the same patience and you can test it with an oven thermometer that you have an idea of how to deal with when cooking in it. You can also find that the sauces are easier on an electric hotplate (I had a giant that I used "on the side" because I could better control the heat of the electric pan). Spread the word to your friends and family that you would be very grateful for kitchen utensils or things like gifts. I wish you much luck cooking!
