Gres vs Metal? How do I use tiles?
I have a stoneware Muffin Pan I received as a bridal shower gift 2 years ago. I I'm not the biggest baker, but I've been thinking of using it lately. Are there things I need to change in the cooking process if I use stoneware? Do I use Pam in the stoneware? How I can use some of those little paper cup at each bun thingy? What do I do the dishes afterwards? What is your preference? Stoneware or metal? Or glass? Thanks!
you need to season the pan first and any other stoneware vessels can be used paper if you like as well as metal http://www.dooyoo.co.uk/gadgets/the-pampered-chef-stoneware/1040969/
