What is the best for cooking?
I am moving and want to get a quality set of cookware, but what is the best? I saw stainless steel, stainless steel try-ply, non-stick, hard anodized. Money is not a problem because I understand worth the money to get a Quality Cookware. I am concerned that cookware is non-stick coating. Although I do not mind hand washing as suggested, I am concerned about scratching that can result in chemicals released into the kitchen.
Many, many years ago my husband bought me a set of Calphalon Cookware. It is still like new burns, nothing, or glue on it. It cooks very evenly and is easily washed by hand. It is machine washable and can be put in the oven. I highly recommend it! It is very expensive but every dollar.
