How long can cake mix to be stored between mixing and baking?
I have two small heart-shaped pans and you just want to make several cakes. If I mix the dough can I keep in the refrigerator for 3 hours? Valentines cakes.
I wouldnt put it in the refrigerator, place cake better and more uniform when the ingredients are at room temperature. Just having more pieces of baking paper pre-cut to the kitchen, so you can easily and quickly remove and replace the mixture. The only problem you might have, is that some cakes may not last and the first place. This is due to air bubbles escaping from the mixture because it is about waiting. Make sure not to bang the bowl on the bench every time your pour the mixture over. Good Luck …………………….
