I'm tired of buying stuff made in China and I am willing to pay few dollars more. He did not need to be restaurant quality, just for home use.
"The tools of the trade ' they were rated by Consumer Reports. stainless steel, I bought about 7 years ago still like new. They are not expensive either. Or there's always Circulon and Calphalon, expensive.
