Cooking with stoneware bowls?
I have a recipe for a single serving pans. I do not have 4 small casserole dishes. Do you think will be OK to cook them in earthenware bowls (I do not know how to describe them, the bowls that come in a plate or bowl set)? I really wanted to do the casserole instead of individual one pot.
I think it would be OK. Many recipes call for flat simply because it's prettier, and / or is easier to go out, etc. Make sure that you can use these bowls in the oven.
