Can you freeze Bisquick?

I want to make a pot pie with a top Bisquick into individual cups. I wonder if Bisquick can be frozen. And if so, is it better to cook it before or after freezing? Thank you.

I like to cook first, then freeze. Bisquick a baking powder that is activated by moisture, so when you mix the dough it activates. If you freeze it before baking the dough will not rise not cooking after thawing. By cooking and freezing the dough has a chance to speak and be soft and not that hard. Frozen biscuits are usually precooked and just reheat them for that reason. baking soda, the other is activated by heat. You could possibly freeze the raw dough and bake in the oven after thawing. That's why you can buy frozen cookie dough is thawing and bake. Baking soda and baking powder are not interchangeable. They each have their own taste and use. Do not try to place baking soda in the Bisquick – you will not be satisfied with the result. Baking powder is used for foods like biscuits and baking soda to the cake-like texture (Cakes and cookies).
