I need 2 old recipes, a pot of seafood from the Piccadilly cafeteria and a green chili from the restaurant Kmart.?
Cafeteria was in a mall Piccadilly Thomas in Phoenix, Arizona and I loved their seafood pan There was a base of biscuit or bread and had no rice or noodles, but reminded me of a seafood stuffing that was cooked in individual dishes oval casserole. The restaurant is gone, but in the years 1960 and 1970 he was a favorite place to go! The green chili sauce was from the old restaurants in stores Kmart, made with ground beef, tomatoes, green peppers and onions, I did often when I worked there in the late 1970s, but can not remember not exactly how. It was served over the fried burrito as a meal, Burrito Deluxe.
the only way you will find it is searhcing the Internet for a similar recipe and adding additional ingredients that you remember the taste of a glass rex
