What is the Best Cookware? I have no idea how to choose what kind of things ..?
The brand is Kitchen Aid. I'll buy this as a gift for someone, they seem to measure quality by the weight of the pan is. So how do I know which is better? It is a piece assembly 12 (including lids) comes with 2 and 3 quart Saucepans, 1.5, 4 qt saucepan, 3 quart skillet. It is all stainless steel, very thick the impact of stainless steel and base of the aluminum cap complete with glass lids resistant to breakage. Everything is baked in 400F/200C The other one I am looking also at the Kitchen Aid. 18/10 stainless steel, heavy gauge base encapsulated in the oven at 400F and the set includes: 1,2,3 qt saucepans, Stockpot 6-quart, 10 "pan, 2 qt Insert steam. Ok and you are going for the big stainless steel this error right fade and especially your food stick! Go for a quality cover pan expensive (very good if you do not keep birds .. if you do not keep a bird Teflon is then OUT) Othewise go for Le Creuset cast these pots will last you a lifetime flights (initial investment), but you will never need another set of pans as long as you live!
