
What is your favorite type of cookware?
I want to buy a new cookware and I was looking at Rachael Ray together. Have you used? I am also interested in the Kitchenaid set. What type of cookware do you prefer?
I am a former chef and Like Mark, I have several types, with everything you want to do a good sturdy stainless steel is great, as the boy finally said copper base or participation to conduct the best heat, I'm not a fan of Racheal Ray one thing, it is a fad. Cuisinart, KitchenAid, Le Crueset are all nice (but expensive). I have strong ones at the bottom of T-Fal (aw set of 8 pieces of glass lids /), cast aluminum, they have handles in the oven, I also have 2 ovens Le Creuset Dutch (4 & 8 quarters) and 3 T-Fal non-stick pans for sauting / frying and cooking of eggs. Look at the type of materials, number of pots, and do not be afraid to mix, Frying Pans with sets are perfect for browning meat roasting / braising / stewing. Find those capacity goin oven, there was ST steel with metal handles are the best, just that you are happy with them, some are a little expensive and you want to be happy with your purchase.
