I bought 7 1 / 4 Qt Le Creuset Dutch oven. Please tell me your experience with Kitchen melting. So should I buy Le Creuset? Thank you.
All of their cookware is wonderful! A must have for me are the pan base … the Frying Pan ….. and in the pot. I also owned the old cast of fashion and have always loved them … I never clean the pans pan .. just delete then store in the oven. Cast iron pans must be "seasoned" before use for best results …. this is done well … # Rinse pan with hot soapy water # # dry pan and rub with a generous amount of oil left on a burner # low heat for at least an hour, or you can cook in the oven at 350 degrees for two hours # # cool pour oil remains # repeat this process several times before using the stove My father always told me that in the army, they added salt to the oil processing before heating … Good luck … you chose some of the items best cook in the world .. take care of them and they will last you a lifetime!
