Help with brands of cookware?
My boyfriend is a chef and has evidence that had fallen like a nice pan for Christmas. I know that Good ones can be very expensive, but I'd like to spend under $ 150. I've been searching all dressed and Le Creuset. Any help with nonstick brands and vs stainless steel would be great!
Everything is better with liner (steel) for the full value. Could last 20 years. So the price is not a factor if you look at longevity. Nonstick scratch and wear. Le Creuset is enameled iron, nice but not practical for everyday use. Put all clothes shops on sale from time to time. Places like Williams Sonoma and Macy's may have 10 "or 12" pans for under $ 100.
