Is my Dutch oven reactive or nonreactive?

I have a Dutch oven is a metal liner with a glass lid and I wonder whether reactive or not reactive. We got free with some reward points from a year ago about what a brand was, nothing fancy. I've used for cooking in the oven in the past has worked very well. However, I will be making some homemade applesauce and the recipe for a reactive pan. I have no Enamel Cookware hope class this work from the recipe of apples baking in the oven. The following link shows a Calphalon Dutch oven that is very similar to mine, although I know that mine not so pleasant. :) Http: / / www1.macys.com/catalog/product/index.ognc? ID = 337042 & CategoryID = 21612

I do not know what a reagent is reactive or not? Off brands can be as good as the expensive brands. If you've used in the oven, you know it's okay. I can use my toaster when I'm making apple butter in oven. Good Luck! If you type in non-reactive Dutch oven, you will get pages and pages of information.
