How to prevent the breading from falling off your chicken?
I've tried everything. Different combinations of bread, with egg, yogurt, flour, oatmeal, cornflakes, or a combination thereof. Sometimes it sticks and most of the time left in the pan or Baking Dish in oven. Not always Fry chicken in oil or butter. Only non-stick spray. And I only use skinless breasts. Any ideas on how to obtain this material for bonding??
I salt and pepper the breasts, dredge in flour, run through the egg and then roll in bread crumbs with herbs. I pan for a few minutes on each side and then finish in the oven. I cripsy very nice, breaded chicken 100% of the time.
