Why does my cake sticking to the pan?

My pound cake is sticking to the pan. I generously spray and flour everything inside. I did others who do not stick, and some who do. I can not understand the difference in what I do:. This a chocolate cake from CakeLove book the book I'm using a http://i37.tinypic.com/2eoinhk.jpg http://i34.tinypic.com/2s1lwf4.jpg heavy nonstick skillet NordicWare Bundt expensive. I leave the cake in pan for exactly 10 minutes after removing from oven. The cake comes out of the pan is perfectly baked bread with a fine. If the cake will not pan-without resistance, not that I have to wait longer to cool? Or pan it sooner? I this problem again with layer cakes, but I use a flat 9 "pan. Please help. I'll give up making cakes book if it happens again.

Try shortening and using a piece of plastic wrap or a sandwich bag with grease your pan, then flour and tap. Some oils burn and evaporates more quickly than others, including some sprays. Try shortening the place and see how it comes out. Also, do not cook in the pan too close to the electric element if you happen to use an electric furnace. Aim the center of the oven. Oven gas good baked cakes better than an electric furnace. Another trick is to make your cake from oven when the toothpick comes out clean when is inserted into a thick part of the cake. Cooking times are approximate for cakes. In fact, I remember in the 1980s when he said on box cake mixes commercial that "no spray stick" was not recommended, but greasing with shortening. There is a reason for that. Different oils have different smoke points. Another trick is to remove cake from pan. If you cool cake completely in a pan, there will always be, and if you remove the pan too soon when it is too hot, you risk the cake collapsing.
