I need a non-melting spatula?
I have three different spatulas – all are black and made a kind of plastic. I bought these because my cookware can not take the metal. The problem is, after awhile they all started to melt at the end and peel off plastic. I do not want to finish this in my food. Is there a brand that does not melt? I Norpro, Calphalon, and Chefmate. Also, I do leave it in the pan while cooking the food. Thank you.
Try to buy silicone spatulas instead. Most of they are heat resistant to 500 to 650F.
