Pecan pie? My range is relatively new. Cakes, brownies, meats, etc., cook very well. However … my pies?
pies Pecan, for example. I tried 325 degrees, 350 degrees. I tried to put around the top layer of crust for prevent over browning, but it is too dark. If I understand correctly, the tart from the oven too early, filling is not firm. If I put a pot cookie below, then the crust is not done. It's frustrating me! Any suggestions anyone on how to get the perfect pecan pie? The recipe is the only standard on the bottle of corn syrup. Could this be the problem? Help! I intend to sell what I do my other bakery products in a small local restaurant, but I need to get just the pies.
PAr-bake the crust / / pie pastry before firming, bake in the middle shelf gas test 7 / 190 * C. Moisture up to a tank of water on the shelf below. Turn oven to last 10 minutes the kitchen to dry a little.
