How to prevent food from sticking to the stainless steel container?
I want to get a set of Professional Cookware, but I have fear food falling apart and burning the food and pans Do you have any suggestions on how to cook in stainless steel?
If you ask your battery cooking of food service catalogs that sell kitchen utensils proffessional restaurant is not stainless steel, but cast aluminum, which stations such as cast iron. I've been in many professional kitchens and treated with 4 different food service companies and none sell cookware stainless steel. I if you get a good heavy set that season may be able to not stick, but I never had any luck with everyone. Personally, I like cast iron or aluminum cast and also try to avoid Teflon. I also buy my pots one at a time is necessary, because the sets always include rare extras to pay and finish at the bottom of the closet dust accumulation. Just my opinion.
