pyrex Baking Dish set
How do I know if these dishes are in the oven for baking?
I have a set of glass serving platters and I want to use for cooking things in the oven but I do know they are safe for baking. They are made of glass, clear glass is a golden color. I looked on the bottom to see if it was marked or Pyrex baking, but all he says is from Mexico and 20, and 27 on the other. The glass is not thin either. I hope to cook candied yams and a pot of green beans in them. One is the shape of a circle and the other is the form a large bowl.
its not safe to use the dishes in the oven, unless otherwise indicated.
