which one is better hard-anodized or stainless steel set of brand cooking (Rachel Ray)
Stainless steel cookware is by far the best. I use all-Clad Cookware at home. It cooks more evenly, allows better capture and color on your food, and it is better for making sauces. Nonstick is good for cooking eggs and some other items you are afraid of sticking. I would recommend 1 or 2 nonstick pans, but that's all. Also, I found that it is not necessary to buy complete sets of pots and pans. You can just buy the parts you need. I would buy the All-Clad 12 "French skillet. I use it for just about everything, and it can go in the oven, which is a plus.
