Scanpan Cookware All Clad vs.?

I had a wonderful 6-qt All Clad Saute Pan for Christmas and I realize I prefer to have more than one pot. I chose a Scanpan pot from the catalog of the head, to exchange, and wonder if I should look at the All-Clad instead. Price Scanpan is the best course, and it seems as durable and easy to clean. Any opinions? Thank you. It will be mainly used for pasta and barbecue sauces, and cook 3 or more of our giant artichokes from California at a time. ;-) Beverly, Chantal is beautiful! I'll have to look at the dimensions. I'm looking to replace my 9 "diam Revereware pot here. Scanpan The love is 11. Thank you!

In my professional opinion, if you are simply intended to use a pot for sauces and artichokes, I would keep the All-Clad saute pan 6 quart pot and go for a generic from a supply restaurant (I am a 16 large and 28 quarts of Smart and Final for a great price). Just a suggestion …… Once you use this All-Clad to blow, you will not regret not! Enjoy! Christopher
