How long should I bake for 11 "x 15" sheet cake (Wilton NAP) and the number of boxes of cake mix I use? Thx!

For Wilton 11 "x15" (2 inches): 11 cups of the mixture, so they need 2 boxes. For 11 "x 15" (3 inches deep): 16 Cups of mass, so 3 boxes Cake Mix. A box of cake you get 5 1 / 2 cup of mixture, if you measure the right fluids. All these measures are for one cake layer. Y 2-inch baking for 35-40 minutes at 325 degrees and 3 inches of 80-85 minutes at 325 degrees. Finally, you have 8 cups of ice 2-layer (2 inches) and cake 6 1 / 2 cups ice layer 1 (3 inch) cake. Both are enough to ice and decorate. I hope this was helpful.
