Accidentally cut a Silpat?
I was ellio pizza in the oven and when I cut it after it was over i realized I was cutting The Silpat baking sheet underneath something. there are two slices of 3-4 cm in the middle of the Silpat. Silpat will still be usable??
You will not know if you try it, but I would say yes because Silpat is a bit rubbery and spongy-like rubber will fill the gap. If it is laying completely flat, and you can not see the slice or see through the slice in the Silpat, so I'd say you're safe!
