Can you replace a pot with a slow cooker?
I also make a lentil recipe with white wine, herbs and tomatoes, but I say I need a pot that I have not. One of the ingredients is the chicken broth. Do you think you'd be able to do this with a slow cooker? We feel this question is so unclear. Kitchen appliances is not my area of expertise. I would be grateful for any response.

Sure, they will to do well in a slow cooker. It is possible that half of white wine, because the slow cooker is not so hot to burn the alcohol. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low 6-7.
