Good recipe for small pie crusts?

Does anyone have a good recipe to make small pie crusts (chocolate, preference) that you bake in muffin tins. I would appreciate all responses. Thank you in advance.

I not a pie crust baking chocolate, but I have a chocolate that was in it. Is this a good dough:.? For the 6 oz white flour 4 oz butter or regular egg yolk 1 margarine For the filling: 1 / 2 liter of semi skimmed milk 1 tbsp tablespoon white flour 1 egg 1 tsp caster sugar 1 tsp tsp butter 2-3 drops vanilla 3 oz chocolate For the garnish: 8 oz strawberries, washed and hulled 3 tablespoons dried slightly tablespoons red currant jelly 1 tablespoon to tablespoon lemon juice. Preheat the oven to gas 6, 400F, 200c. 15 minutes before baking the dough case. Sieve the flour into a bowl. Cut into cubes and add to flour with egg yolk and cold water. With hands, work the strawberry mixture to form a pliable dough not sticky. Wrap and chill for at least 1 hour. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface. Use to line your muffin tins. Prick the base lightly with a fork and place a small greaseproof paper and beans in each. blind for 15 minutes or until the dough is baked. Remove from oven, remove the paper and beans and let cool. For the filling, heat the milk to blood heat, add flour in small bowl add the egg and beat until smooth. Gradually stir hot milk into the flour mixture and egg and pour into a clean saucepan. Return to heat and cook gently stirring throughout, until the mixture coats the back of a spoon.Remove from heat and add butter, sugar and gasoline vanilla. Pour the cream into a small bowl and cover with damp greaseproof paper and let cool (Paper stops skinning) When If pastry is cool, melt the chocolate in a small bowl over a pan of simmering water. Carefully brush the inside of the pastry case chocolate, then leave until it cooled sets.Beat the cream to ensure there are no lumps, then pour in such cases, organize strawberry custard filling attractvely. Heat the redcurrant jelly and lemon juice together and stir until smooth. Cool slightly, then use to coat the strawberries. Allow at least 15 minutes to allow the glaze to set before serving, and there you strawberry pies. "
